Welcome to Norma’s Traveling Tea Party!
By booking with us, you agree to the terms below. We keep these simple, and clear so you know exactly what to expect.

Norma’s Traveling Tea Party is based in Iowa and fully licensed under state food service requirements. We bring tea party experiences — including food, beverages, and décor — to your chosen location.

• Bookings are confirmed once we receive your non-refundable deposit (amount will be stated in your invoice).
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before your event.
• Dates fill quickly — reservations are first come, first served.
• We Kindly ask that tables and chairs be provided and fully set up before we arrive. If they are not ready upon arrival, a set up fee will be added.

• If you cancel 7 days before your event, your deposit will be retained but any other payments will be refunded.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, payments made are non-refundable but can be applied to another booking date.
• If we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or extreme weather, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule 

• We serve locations within 45 miles of Columbus Junction, Iowa
• Travel beyond this area will include an additional mileage fee of $1.50 per mile, one way which will be confirmed at booking.

We take food safety seriously and prepare all items in a licensed kitchen.

• Please let us know in writing about any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 7 days before your event.
• While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

• Any décor, serving ware, or props provided by Norma’s Traveling Tea Party remain our property.
• Items must be returned in good condition at the end of the event.
• Damage or loss may result in a replacement fee.

We love capturing the joy of our tea parties!

• By attending an event, you agree that we may take and use photos for our website, social media, and promotional materials.
• If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your event.

We strive to provide a safe, delightful experience. However, Norma’s Traveling Tea Party is not responsible for:

• Accidents or injuries not caused by our direct actions.
• Loss or damage to personal property during events.
• In the unlikely event of accident, injury or illness, we release legal liability of Norma's Traveling Tea Party or any associated parties of legal action or ramifications. 

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on our website.
